Innovative Ideas to implement the Final Year Project

In my previous articles you get idea about the applications of Data Science. Today I am going to introduce you all about new ideas to develop the final year project. I discussed and asked industry persons about the demanded technologies in IT and listed the domain to choose project for final year students. Final year project is very much important at the time of placement interviews to get selected in company.

This article helps you to introduce you all about upcoming technologies were you can implement your project for future benefit and learn currently demanded technology.

 

Let’s discuss this domains one by one and understand the project ideas:

1. Data Science & Big data Analytics:

As you all are aware that data science domain becoming largest demanding area in IT industry. I explained many applications of this domain in my previous articles. Still there are many applications to design innovative project for implementation.

2. IoT based hardware application:

Now a day’s use of internet in daily life is increased from 2015. As per the survey, more than 60% population of India currently uses internet facility to do their works using internet facility. This increasing use of  internet facility leads to develop and implement devices which support the internet and perform the tasks and made human daily life easier. Students can use Arduino kit, GPS, LED’s, Sensors to develop IoT based application in different areas like education, health care,  agriculture, small scale industry, automobile sector and many more.

3. Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence:

Many times we have to take the decisions in life for growth and improvement in company and business. We can take the right decision only when we study that scenario well in advance, otherwise our decision can be wrong and which leads to failure and gives us loss. To avoid this failure and loss we can predict the options those are available for the decision and can choose the best and correct way as a decision. This prediction can be done using the latest technology called as Machine learning.

Artificial Intelligence is an part in this ML where we can design systems that can be work as a human i.e. robotics.

4. Full-stack development:

We are developing many applications those can divided in majorly in two parts as a Front-End and Back-end. Normally what we see on screen or where we can make interface is a front end i.e. GUI, and where all relevant data as well as business logic is stores is a back end. Traditionally both these ends are implemented separately in cross platforms for getting better benefits which needs to be worked by experts, but this full stack development approach overcome this problem of multiple technology use for a single application. Full stack developer can works on both the ends and develop the website or application.

5. Cloud based application:

Every website or application need to store the data for further processing these data can be stored in server for fast accessing, better security and quality recovery purpose. As time passes not all the features will be managed by database server as size of data goes on increasing, this issues can be avoided by using cloud storage facility.

Now most of applications of companies are using cloud storage for 24*7 accesses from any location, so we need to understand and implement the projects in this area.

6. Medical Analysis:

Use of software in also helpful in medical and healthcare application to identify the disease, predict the medicine and monitoring the patient and other management work can be done using the software technology. Image processing type of techniques can be used in these domain.

Developing an application for Android operating system smartphone which can be developed in java language. App can be developed for business, marketing, social application and other application purpose.

8. Database management Application:

Standalone software system can be developed using any programing language for managing the database and performing different management activities as per the needs.

As we all aware that java is a most popular programing language in IT industry. This language also have so many features like object oriented, platform independent and so on. Software can be implemented easily for any kind of problem statement.

10. Client Server application:

Some applications need to access the different available software services and also have MVC based platform need to develop the software which can be helpful for many purposes and also handles the database using technologies as java, dot net etc.

11. Web Development:

For marketing and advertising the business or any other institute require a website. This website now plays an important way to grow and need to be well prepared and managed according to customers. Now a days responsive websites have big impression on the visitors which require skilled and expert developers to implement the web pages.

12. Repository Management:

On internet so many data transferred in many formats as textual data, image data or video data. This data used by different users on social media by posting events. For publicity or campaigning purpose business persons can target the users according to their age, profession, gender and other parameters for gaining good profit. This repository can be managed and maintained by software to visualize the required information in well-structured form as graph, chart etc.
